Q. Are there any advantages for me if I join the patients group?

A. You receive free entrance to talks etc. A copy of the Red House Rag sent to you you meet like-minded local people, especially if you join the committee.

Q. If I need to make a complaint, who do I contact?

A. In writing to the Practice Manager

Q. How do I make appointments on line?

A. Information can be obtained at the surgery

Q. If I need an urgent appointment how do I make one?

A. Through the surgery. Although it may not be with your own doctor, you should be given an appointment the same day

Q. What do i do if I want to discuss something confidential with receptionist?

A. Ask to talk to her in a private room

Q. Do I get special preference in making appointments with my GP?

A. No. Everyone gets the same access to appointments.
You may be able to give your opinion about the appointments system through the committee

Q. Are there any disabled spaces at the surgeries?

A. Yes, at the Red House there is two spaces, none specially designated at Park Street and Gateways is a public car park and one out side of the surgery
